Success Stories

We can't promise that the website we build for you will bring you fame or fortune, but several of our clients have been more than pleased with their results.

Jonbenet RamseyNational TV Exposure.  Frank Piazza of Legal Audio provides audio and video services to the legal profession including tape enhancement and analysis. When NBC News wanted an unbiased, expert opinion, they found Frank's website and called on him to analyze 911 tapes in the famous Jonbenet Ramsey case. Interviewed in July 2003 on the widely-syndicated Today and Dateline programs, Frank concurred with earlier FBI and Secret Service conclusions. The interview and our promotion of it increased Frank's business.

Nestle Crunch bar.Appraising the Crunch.  Opened in 1900 to make condensed milk and baby food, the Nestle plant in upstate Fulton, NY started producing chocolate in 1908, and became an economic mainstay of the town. When the Nestle company finally closed America's oldest chocolate factory in May 2003, it needed an experienced equipment and machinery appraiser to determine the assets of the one million square foot confectionery facility. Using the web, Nestle called on Bernard Sencer of Sencer Appraisal Associates. Good mileage for a free website!

Haunted History. News 12 covers Raynham Hall Museum. Six months earlier, on November 23, 2002, the usually staid and proper Raynham Hall Museum found itself in a swirl of paranormal activity. Once venerated as the homestead of the Townsends, founders of Oyster Bay, and Revolutionary War activists, Raynham Hall gained new-found notoriety on TV and in the press as Long Island's most haunted house. Singled out by its website for a full-scale paranormal investigation by Jay McCarthy of Haunted Long Island, Raynham Hall found itself covered in depth on News 12 TV.

What's a Neighborhood Worth? Belle Harbor neighborhood burns after crash of Flight 587. The year before was marked by two national tragedies, both of which resulted in exceptional engagements for appraisers whose websites we built. On November 12, 2001, American Airlines Flight 587 crashed in Belle Harbor, NY, several minutes after taking off from Kennedy International Airport. The crash demolished or severely damaged many houses in the Queens neighborhood. Because of her website, real estate appraiser, Arleen Goscinski was asked by American Airlines to determine their value before the crash.

World Trade Center towers on fire.Appraising Buried Treasures.  The month before, on September 11, 2001, all the world mourned in the wake of the World Trade Center tragedy which claimed over 2000 lives and devastated countless families and friends. It was with a heavy heart indeed that Master Gemologist Appraiser David Wolf of Just Appraisers accepted the the challenge of evaluating the contents of the safe deposit boxes buried under the rubble. JP Morgan Chase commissioned David after locating his Webshop website in search engine Google. As a result of David's work, the claims against the bank were settled quickly and equitably.
